Check-in to your event

Note: Make sure that your attendees know to pull up their passes before the event on their device

When you order passes on Event Penguin, your confirmation is sent to the email address you entered for the order.

There are a couple of ways to find your passes:

Your email inbox: Search your inbox for an email from noreply@eventpenguin.com
Your Event Penguin account: When you register for an event, Event Penguin creates an account associated with your email address. Sign in using the same email address and select My Events from your account. Under View My Events select your upcoming event to see all event details and to access your passes.
